Together in Electric Dreams continues Tero Puha’s recent exploration of drawing, digital mark-making, and intuitive image construction. The work originated from an earlier hand-drawn composition that was later expanded with digitally added lines and color layers, allowing different temporal and visual registers to coexist within a single image.
At the center of the composition is a circular network of screens, figures, and abstract forms. The imagery evokes fragments of conversations, memories, broadcasts, and imagined encounters. Rather than presenting a fixed narrative, the work invites the viewer to navigate a field of associations where characters appear, disappear, and interact within a shared visual space.
The drawing combines expressive line work with luminous pastel colors and transparent layers, creating a sense of movement and visual play. The result is both humorous and enigmatic: a world that feels familiar yet impossible to fully decode.
Printed as a high-quality archival pigment print on Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper, the work reflects Puha’s ongoing interest in the relationship between drawing, storytelling, and contemporary image culture.
