RETURNS

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase at Tero Puha Online Store, you are welcome to return the products to us. You have 14 days from the day you received your order to return or exchange. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t exchange or offer you a refund. Only items that are unused and in the same condition when you received them are eligible for a refund or exchange. Signed or customised products cannot be returned.

HOW TO RETURN

Pack your product to the same packaging when you received your item. Post it to our return address: Tero Puha Visual Arts, Lehdontie 9, 05200 Rajamäki, Finland. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUND

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and checked, we will refund your order. The refund will be made to the original payment method within 2-5 working days. We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at Tero Puha Online Store. 

Please allow 2-5 working days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We reserve the right to assess merchandise and determine whether damage is a result of defective production or normal use.

EXCHANGES

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price. Specify the exchange item and the item and mail us at shop(a)teropuha.com.  Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item.  

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
